Are you a baseball fan?


High school baseball season came. My favorite team in Mie is Komono High School's baseball club. This school has a very strong baseball team and went to Koshien Stadium three years ago. All high school baseball players do hard practice every day and they want to go to Koshien Stadium, but only one team can go there. I want Komono High School to go there, so I always cheer this school.

Today, this school played a game against Ise High School and this school won the game 8 to 1. I was very glad. I want this school to win a next game, too because I don't want to look their tears of vexation. I want to look their tears of joy. Nobody knows who will win high school baseball, so I like to watch baseball games. Victory smile on Komono High School, please!

Do you know Wii Fit? Have you played this? This is a video game and very popular goods. We can know our BMI and weight and take care of our health by playing this video game.

This game has many activities. This is divided into four categories which are yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance games. If you don't do some moderate exercise, I recommend you playing Wii Fit because playing this game is an exercise that anyone can do easily and you enjoy exercising. Let's think about metabolic syndrome!

Do you know metabolic syndrome? This is disease. If you eat too much fat, you get lifestyle-related diseases and various sick easily. This condition is metabolic syndrome. This is very dangerous disease because this disease cause your death. Today many people often eat fast food, so we eat too much fat. Children like it, so it is easy for them to get metabolic syndrome, too.

If you don't want to get metabolic syndrome, it is necessary to improve your eating habits. Let's look back your eating habits! Check your lifestyle. If you fit into many categories of this list, you should take care. Next, you must have a medical examination as often as possible because you need to know your body condition and you can find various diseases in early stages and you can be cured of your diseases. Next, You should get some moderate exercise because Exercising every day lessens the chance of getting sick. For example, running, playing your favorite sports, yoga, playing Wii Fit and so on. I think we must enjoy taking exercise for out health because if you are so unwilling to do it, you feel stress and you it has the opposite effect. Let's make a habit of exercising!
